The modification of this “mansion” apartment on the borders of Seattle is a great example of version of post-war houses stock into not only affordable but also comfortable hotel. House homes are usually tiny hired to a single tenant. This apartment is a 400 sq ft place with modern minimal environment where owners could not only rest and rest but also work.
